简历

1999年在北京大学获得理学博士学位;

2000-2002年在日本日立中央研究所从事博士后研究;

2002-2013年河北大学教授、博士生导师;2005年获得教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”资助;2007年获得“全国优秀教师”称号;2009年获得“国家杰出青年科学基金”资助;2010年获得河北省自然科学一等奖;2012年所指导的博士论文获得“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文”提名;2013年获得国家自然科学基金重点项目资助;

2013-2016年陕西师范大学教授、博士生导师;2016年至今北京科技大学教授、博士生导师。 

科研业绩

    基于核酸扩增及纳米粒子探针信号放大技术,系统研究建立了基因突变、DNA甲基化、miRNA及mRNA的高灵敏度分析方法;基于单微球表面成像实现了生物标志的单分子、单细胞分析。先后主持国家杰出青年基金,国家自然科学基金重点项目及可控自组装及其功能化重大研究计划等20余项科研项目。在JACS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Sci., Chem. Commun., Anal., Chem.等杂志发表论文120余篇。

研究生培养情况

 先后招收博士后4名,博士生15名,已毕业博士生8名,全部在高等院校任教。招收硕士生50余名,毕业近40名,就业方向主要是继续攻读博士学位、出国进修、政府部门、高等院校、企业,部分学生获“科技新星”和国家优秀青年基金资助。
